Would it be to contact them and let them know (like they don't already) that what they're doing is illegal? Repercussions? Would it be to contact the host and get the site shut down?
Before I go wild at this particular individual or 'company', I just want to do it right.
What low turd did that to you Chris, and how did you find out? D: My suggestion would be to contact the stealer with a formally-worded email informing them that they are in breach of the Copyright Act and if their website is not rectified within a certain period of time, legal action will be taken. As a business they have every reason to suspect that the threat of legal action is serious.
I think that's what I'll do Pete. I did contact their host but I haven't heard back from them yet. I figured for a 'company' who is supposed to design and make websites, they should know how it all works.
But yeah, if I don't hear back from their host, I'll be sending them a formal email.

Thanks for the advice.
Good luck.
